The South West Youth Games Trust have struck a partnership with n class='highlight'>clipn> n climb to deliver a unique schools climbing competition next year. Taking place across the three n class='highlight'>clipn> n climb sites in Exeter, Plymouth and Cornwall on Friday 18 January, the events will see school teams of years 5 and 6 pupils tackle identical climbs and their performances will be combined to produce overall results. SCHOOLS REACH nEW HEIGHTS

Fifteen school teams took part in the Adventure League climbing competition at Plymouth n class='highlight'>clipn> n' climb on Friday 18 January. On a memorable day for all participants at the city facility, there were several students in year 7 and 8 brand new to climbing. The gold medals went to Robert Geffreys B Team, with Compton Church of England A team and Ste Edwards Church of England B team taking home silver and bronze respectively.
